Kitchen nearing completion

Today saw the installation and varnishing of baseboards, connecting the vent duct for the microwave, trimming, polishing, etc. We assembled the new bar stools for the kitchen, replaced the commode in the guest bathroom, and completed a myriad of little tasks--refitting outlets, adjusting trim, caulking, grouting, etc. Check out the pictures. Went to Floor & Decor to get the edge pieces for the backsplash, which goes in tomorrow. Then to Home Depot for the last pieces of baseboard and other odds and ends, including a 13" tile cutter.
